1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Finwise Consulting ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Services

Finwise Consulting provides accounting and financial consulting services, including but not limited to bookkeeping, tax reporting, and payroll & compliance services ("Services"). By engaging our Services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform the Services and to cooperate with us in a timely manner.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees for our Services are as set forth on our website or as otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payment terms will be specified in the engagement letter or service agreement. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be charged additionally where required by law.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights.

5. User Representations

By using the Site or our Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete;
  • You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary;

These Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Site or our Services. We may terminate your access to the Site and our Services, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Site and our Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of these Terms and Conditions at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms and Conditions on the Site.
